Physical Products

Return Instructions: If the defect is confirmed, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable).
Refund or Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product:
If approved, we will either ship a replacement product or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs).
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Important Notes:
The return must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The product must be returned in its original packaging (if possible) with all accessories and documentation included.
Digital Products
For defective digital products (such as downloadable patterns, eBooks, or instructional videos), you can request a replacement or refund within 7 days of purchase.

Verification: Our team will review the issue to confirm whether the product is defective. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a replacement or refund will be offered.
Resolution:
If the defect is confirmed, we will either provide a corrected version of the product or offer a full refund.
Refunds for defective digital products will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless a product is proven to be defective.

Exclusions
